what is hypnosis?
Simply put, hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention or concentration, sometimes associated with relaxation and heightened intuition. During our sessions you will be gently guided to higher and clearer thinking capabilities that will give you the ah-ha moments and motivation to do whatever is you need or want to do, or possibly stop doing the things you currently can’t seem to control.
will hypnosis make me do something I don't want to?
All hypnosis is self guided. You cannot be forced to do something outside of your will. Any and all suggestions are prompted by you. You will not divulge and secrets or do anything you are not normally willing to do.
How can hypnosis help me?
Hypnosis has great success in helping to alleviate

- trauma
- excessive fear
- limiting beliefs
- anxious feelings
- unwanted habits (over eating, smoking, nail biting)
Are you sure I can be hypnotized?
The vast majority of people can. In fact if you've ever been immersed in a film and found yourself startled by a scary part or laughing during a funny part then you've had a hypnotic experience. During hypnosis you will simply be focusing your attention and allowing yourself to suspend conscience beliefs and ideas while opening up to the possibility and acceptance of better ones that will vastly improve your life. I can assure you that you will enter into & benefit from hypnosis in a clinical setting as long as you are willing and motivated to do so.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
Absolutely not. Hypnosis is a natural and altered state of mind that can be terminated as easily as opening one's eyes or diverting your attention somewhere else. You will always be in complete control throughout the entirety of our session.
How many sessions will I need?
In most cases one is sufficient. For some another one or two will help to completely clarify and solidify your change. My goal is to help you resolve your issue as quickly as possible, therefore I do not charge per session fees, but rather a single solution fee.
Why can't I find you on Social Media?
I don't maintain a very active social media presence primarily because I find it trite, disingenuous and quite frankly a waste of time. I prefer to connect with people directly, sincerely and personally. Additionally I've found it more beneficial to spend my working hours interviewing potential clients, reviewing notes on current ones and contemplating what strategies I'll utilize their help them to upgrade their life experience.
Why can't I just pay for a session with you? Where is your purchase page?
I hate wasting my time and that of others. I purposely hide my 'buy now' page from the public pages of my website because I want to be able to first speak with people interested in working with me before they commit. Once we've spoken and I've determined that I can indeed be of service I'll provide you with a link where you can make the investment.
Are there any issues you don't work on?
I know from nearly 20 years of personal and professional experience that hypnosis can help with nearly any issue the human mind can conjure up. That being said, I am committed to stay in my lane when it comes to mental health services and interventions so if you have been diagnosed with a psychological condition &/or are seeing traditional mental health provider I will likely need to consult with them to mutually ascertain if hypnosis would be of benefit in certain cases.
Also, I do not work with insomnia or severe sleep issues 😴 as I unfortunately seem to suddenly begin suffering from sleep deprivation almost immediately after accepting such clients. Empathy overload perhaps 🥺
